An offshoot of the London Girl Geek Dinners, Montreal Girl Geek Dinners are get-togethers to make technology accessible and interesting to all age groups and all people – particularly women.

Monthly events are aimed at providing a welcoming atmosphere and a platform for learning in an informal environment.

I have a confession to make. For a guy with 10 years in the wordsmithing business, my typing sucks. It’s a search and peck approach that uses at best four digits, and I have to stare at the keyboard while I’m doing it, like my head is hung in the shame of not being able to touch type.
