Nino Ricci headlines a list of five prominent Canadian writers featured in
a new short video, “Canadian Writers speak out on Copyright.” The video, launched today on YouTube,
is in response to Bill C‐32, the federal government’s proposed new copyright legislation.

This Thursday, PWAC Quebec has organized a social media panel and Q&A at the Atwater Library (Tupper Street entrance) from 7-9 p.m.

Amy Wilkins, Assistant Manager, Digital Content and Social Media at Harlequin Enterprises Inc. (www.iheartpresents.com) will be delivering a presentation on the tools and techniques Harlequin uses as one of the most innovative digital publishers/marketers in the world. She will touch on Harlequin’s e-publishing program, top tips for marketing online, and Harlequin’s new digital imprint, Carina Press.
Coffee and schmoozing with fellow publishers from 5 pm on; presentation will begin at 5:30.
