Here’s how it works:
Each of us brings:
1. A Pitch: This is some insight or tip that has really helped you with your business. It could be anything from a tax tip or service that you’ve discovered to a system to manage client info or cashflow. What advice would you like to share with your fellow small business owners?
2. A Bitch: This is a problem that you’re currently working on. A project or client issue that’s driving you crazy. Or a broken system that you don’t know how to fix. By sharing it with us, you’ll have 19 other brains focused on finding solutions to your problem.
And so everyone leaves with a ton of information and insight. And hopefully some new friends and strategic partners.
