Last night’s All Media Mixer event was excellent – I’m still buzzing from it!
There was a fantastic turnout, with a great spread of media freelancers encompassing a range of talents and industries.
Last Monday was the 10th Annual YES Artists’ Conference: Business Skills for Creative Souls – by all accounts, an excellent, inspirational and very informative event.
Unfortunately, one I missed. Even though I had a heads up… two actually. One from the Invisible Cities Network, which was unfortunately buried in my inbox.

A quick musing this morning, as I sit here at my desk and wonder how on earth I managed to miss ‘that’ email. It’s one I really should have read and actioned. Now I’m a little peeved at myself for not doing so.

The 1970s were an interesting period in the astounding annals of quackery known as Pseudo-Science.
Red food dyes were making kids hyperactive and watching too much TV was causing widespread ‘Square Eyes’, a cruel facial deformity afflicting kids who didn’t play outdoors enough.
